In Scandinavia stocks of capercaillie, willow grouse and black grouse vary annually depending on the feed situation in the spring; we have however never returned empty-handed or without everlasting memories of great hunts.

Forms of hunts include active hopping-bird hunt, hunting with a dog or treetop hunt.
