Seal hunting trips are organized for those hunters who have seen it all; but naturally all hunters with a steady arm are welcome to join. An elk rifle permit and badge are required.

Seal hunting takes place in areas where the seal causes harm to fishermen and fish farms. A long weekend in the Finnish archipelago (or Norway) can be combined with a bird hunt or Arctic Sea fishing; this improves the odds of making a catch.
